Erika, if you feel like a Fizzie person most of the time, then perhaps it's time for some deep personal work - so you can be in alignment with what's best about yourself every moment that you're being yourself. Therapy, reflection, meditation, coaching, unraveling, revealing - all excellent tactics to get you there. And the place you want to be in comfortable in your own skin... and un-Fizzie.

Sometimes I feel like I am the Fizzie person, and that's what makes my life so so challenging. I am trying to be myself and that's when life stops making sense.

I often remind myself that if I don't understand someone, after giving it a really good effort, maybe that someone isn't rational. I like 'fizzie' - it's less critical than 'irrational'.

My favorite chant is, 'NMP' - Not My Problem.

Let the 'experts' try to fix 'em. It's NMP.

This is so liberating, like a cool drink of water on a hot day. It just doesn't make sense. Okay, I feel much, much better. And I love the new book, devoured it in one sitting!
