Thanks for reminding people that what success looks like is different for everyone. I am building my coaching practice around this priciple and I am passionate about it! And yes, I also love “ass, meet alligators”.

Michele, this is great. I must add one thing that has been slapping me on my alligator-covered ass this past little bit: successful coaches stay out of judgment on their own coaching. At least that’s something I’ve found that has really been helping me!

God I love this post Michelle, and I read it at the absolute most perfect time imaginable. I gotta laugh at the Ass meet alligators line too, it will live on in the annals of coaching terminology. Thanks for putting this out there, I was having a self-limiting moment:-)
