		<description>Amen, Amen, and can I say... Amen!  You nailed it.  It was a glorious, yet very scary, day when I realized that I had surpassed every single objective at my old j.o.b. and that there were no new soul-filling, meaningful goals to be reached there.  I could feel it in my bones that my work there was done.  Thank you for this.  It reminds me to be grateful for moments of intuition and grace... and grateful for wise words like yours, Michele, that make the thought of change more delicious than fearful.</description>
